The training obligation came into force on February 2, 2025. Companies should start implementation as soon as possible.

What penalties can be imposed?2025-07-15T21:30:28+02:00

Violations of the EU AI Act can result in high fines:

  1. Up to 30 million euros or 6% of annual global turnover for prohibited practices.
  2. Up to EUR 20 million or 4% of turnover for breaches of high-risk AI regulations.
  3. Up to 10 million euros or 2% of turnover for minor infringements.

In addition, the use and sale of AI systems may be prohibited.
