Selection of trainers

Before a trainer is deployed, he or she goes through a multi-stage selection phase.

Preliminary interview by HR: The initial interview serves to get to know the trainer and ensure that he or she meets the basic requirements.
Professional qualification check: The master trainer, an experienced specialist trainer, checks the trainer’s suitability in terms of content and attaches particular importance to practical experience and methodological competence rather than mere certificates.
Application check by the division manager: The division manager conducts a final interview with the trainer and checks his or her suitability for the customer’s specific training content.

Creating detailed concepts and trainer documents: By drawing up detailed training concepts and detailed trainer documents, we ensure the consistent quality of our training courses. This ensures that the training courses can also be carried out by other instructors.
Feedback process and participant surveys: A systematic participant survey is conducted after each training course for quality assurance purposes. The results are evaluated by the trainer and reported back in recorded form.
