Classroom in a Box – education directly on site

With our more than 70 mobile classrooms, we take your employees’ training directly to where it is needed – flexibly, efficiently and regardless of location. Whether at the head office, a branch or a temporary location: thanks to our Europe-wide logistics network, we ensure that your training courses can take place anywhere and directly on site without complex logistics and technical requirements. All you need is a room with a power connection, tables and chairs – we bring everything else with us.

With our mobile classrooms, we provide the complete training hardware and software so that each training room is equipped with 12 PC workstations and a server that are specially preconfigured for your seminar or training.

German Armed Forces

Classroom in a Box: Mobile training solutions for international use

Project objective: Development and provision of mobile training rooms for the flexible delivery of training courses worldwide as well as the development and rollout of a comprehensive, process-oriented training concept.

Project description: ML Gruppe used the “Classroom in a Box” concept to conduct training courses for the German armed forces throughout Germany. The experts used comprehensive training measures that were specially designed to meet the requirements of key users and end users. ML Gruppe took over the entire coordination and administration of the project and developed a training strategy tailored to the customer’s objectives.

Main components and technical equipment:

Hardware: HP ProBook 450-G9 notebooks with Wi-Fi 6E for reliable performance, Netgear Nighthawk LTE routers for stable Internet connections, network printers and projectors for a complete classroom environment.
Mobility and logistics: The equipment was transported in specially designed aluminum crates, which enabled the training rooms at the locations to be set up and dismantled safely and quickly.
Digital support: All administrative and technical processes were supported by the ML app to ensure smooth training implementation.
