Blended learning: the best of both worlds

One plus one equals more! We combine classroom training with digital self-study phases in blended learning for your team. This is how we combine the best of both worlds.

The benefits of learning together can be exploited in live training sessions. This is not about frontal teaching. This is because we work in a flipped classroom. In the face-to-face phases, our trainers help the teams to put what they have learned into practice – hands-on and in social learning.

Instead, knowledge is acquired via Learning Experience Platforms (LXP). Here, employees can go through microlearning when working hours permit. To this end, we produce e-learning courses that anchor knowledge emotionally with the help of quizzes and serious games.

Optimally dovetailed, blended learning imparts a measurable gain in competence while making sparing use of company resources.
