Occupational safety is vital. The great thing is that learning about occupational safety can also be fun. This is demonstrated by the ML Gruppe’s e-learning project for AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG. With the help of serious games, learners are placed in realistic work situations in order to independently recognize and minimize safety risks. The integration of a YouTube influencer is particularly motivating for the young participants. The project received the eLearning Award 2024 for this innovative design.
