Good classroom training can impart in-depth knowledge and put it into practice at the same time. After all, good classroom training is everything – but not just frontal teaching. Peer Learning

In a collegial exchange of knowledge, employees contribute their own experience and learn from each other. They develop practical solutions for their own company. This promotes team cohesion and makes knowledge practically available. All this under the guidance of our trained trainers.

Role-playing games

We prepare your team for the real thing. We use professional actors or colleagues from the group to recreate real-life situations. Participants apply the knowledge they have learned directly in practice. This will give you confidence in your day-to-day work.

Hands-on practice

The focus here is on practical learning through trial and error. Participants develop routines and transfer knowledge to their everyday work. This can be on the computer – for example in SAP or AI training – or in a workshop. Depending on the area in which your team needs further training.

Our live training courses also work via conference software: whether Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex or your preferred solution. Our trainers use didactic methods that involve the participants as much as possible so that a sense of togetherness is created despite the physical distance and practical tasks are solved in shared rooms.
