  • Initial situation The Bundeswehr wanted a standardized, practical and competence-oriented training for instructors of the Puma infantry fighting vehicle. The aim was to, complex technical content in such a way that it can be taught in an action-oriented and can be communicated in a sustainable way.
  • What we found Different levels of prior knowledge among the trainers, a lack of methodological basis and the high system complexity made standardized implementation difficult.
  • What we have made possible We have carried out an in-depth needs analysis and developed a KOA action guide that enables sustainable integration of the competence orientation principle. At the same time, we have designed practice-oriented training courses for trainers – structured, connectable and directly implementable.
