The idea

When two parts add up to more than the sum of their parts, passion and innovation work together. One example of this is the partnership between Buderus and the ML Gruppe.

The winners of this cooperation are trade businesses and B2B customers who install and maintain system solutions for heating, solar and heat pumps. Buderus imparts technical knowledge in its training centers, while ML Gruppe adds important soft skills.

Innovation desired! Together with Buderus, we find new and exciting topics every year, which we teach the course participants using the latest methods.

In order to really be prepared for everyday life, we hire actors. They impersonate difficult customers or demanding bosses in role plays.

Course participants acquire situational competence directly by analyzing the reactions on video. Quizzes, video workshops and interactive discussions round off the interactive teaching methods.

The challenges

As strange as it sounds, success was the biggest challenge. The joint offers meet with a high demand for twelve further training courses. locations that cover the whole of Germany. This required capable and mobile trainers.

Thanks to our professional recruiting (see also: Job offers at ML Gruppe) and a trusting cooperation with Buderus, we were able to build the right team of trainers.
